Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% we will try our best to ship your orders within 14 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. Please note, we are currently only able to ship within selected countries. In case we are unable to ship the product to your location, we reserved the right to cancel your order and your money will be fully refunded through our convenient mode of payment channels.


DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement (at additional cost) until this period of time has elapsed.

 

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. We are not held responsible if the parcel has been already delivered to you and was stolen or damaged from your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our items are eligible for a free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item being delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with the outer box or case, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a replacement. On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or give you equivalent store credit/ refund.

  • Under what circumstances am I eligible to return a product?

You may return a product under the following circumstances:

​

  1. The product you received is damaged: Despite our efforts to ensure the highest quality control, products can sometimes get damaged during shipping.

  2. The product delivered does not match the style, color, or size that you ordered.

  • What is the process for returning a product?

 

If you need to return a product due to one of the above-mentioned reasons, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. You can reach us by emailing sales@winglessdreamer.com or by calling +91 9962799850 between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. IST Monday through Friday.

If you wish to return a product because it does not meet your expectations:

You, the customer, are responsible for paying the return shipping charges, which will vary depending on your location. You may also choose to use a trackable courier service of your choice.

  • Acceptance of Returns

​

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products (which must be in their original packaging and unused), we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund in the form of store credit within 7 days.

​

The refund amount for all returned products will only be credited in the form of store credit, with each returned product issued a store credit of equal value.

​

In certain special cases, and at the discretion of Wingless Dreamer Publisher, refunds may be issued to the original payment method.

​

For orders cancelled by Wingless Dreamer Publisher, we will refund the full amount received by Wingless Dreamer Publisher to the account from which the payment was received.

​

Please note that Wingless Dreamer Publisher is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns, and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

  • Return Terms & Conditions

 

We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the approval or rejection of returned items.

​

Returned items must be in their original packaging, including bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, warranty cards (if applicable), all accessories, and any other items that were included when the item was delivered to you.

​

The returned product must be unused and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled, or altered, we cannot process the return and the item will be returned to you.

​

If you receive a damaged or soiled package, please do not accept it.

​

Products sold in sets cannot be returned individually.

​

If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hrs from the date of delivery to report the issue. No request will be entertained if a concern is not raised within this stipulated period.

Shipping and COD charges are non -refundable
