March Writing Contest

The core idea behind curating the poetry collection The Roses of March is to gently remind writers and artists that no matter what life throws at them, they must never give up on their ability to bloom—like a rose, vivid and resilient. Just like its tender petals, one must continue to bring freshness and grace into the lives of loved ones. Like the firm green stem, we must strengthen our spirit, and like the sharp thorns, protect our inner peace.

As writers, we understand how challenging it can be to juggle reality and creativity. But isn’t that the very reason we chose this path—to quiet the noise and express what ordinary perspectives often fail to capture? Most importantly, we strive to leave a legacy by etching our words into history through publication. There is a sensory ecstasy in immersing ourselves in the pure bliss and celebration of love—something this harsh world, especially in times of global conflict, deeply needs.

Poetry holds the power to unite people, and as poets, it is our responsibility to shape symbols of reflection, reconsideration, and renewal. It allows us to restore dignity to emotions, add value to nature, and nurture a deeper appreciation within awakened hearts. For the month of March, we chose an open theme because we believe everyone needs an outlet—free from constant rules and restrictions imposed by others. Perhaps it is time we listen to our hearts more often and act accordingly.

Without any further ado, on behalf of the Wingless Dreamer Publisher let me present you this poetry collection “The Roses of March”. Enjoy reading.
